Summary

Motivating and managing staff is a major part of a nurse leader’s role.  A leader who does this well creates a proactive work environment with low turnover and a quality care for patients.  In this module, we have explored mindful leadership practices and how to build and foster productive and cohesive teams through staff development and performance management.
