Jaime Sims RN, BScN, MN, CCNE
Welcome to the module on Managing, Motivating and Staff Development.
Jaime has over 20 years nursing experience specializing in Women’s and Children’s Health and Surgical Nursing. She has held various leadership positions including 13 years in Nursing Administration and Education.
Jaime is a full-time faculty member with Fleming College and teaches within the undergraduate nursing program with Trent Fleming School of Nursing.
Jaime Sims RN, BScN, MN, CCE graduated from Conestoga College (1998), completed her BScN at Ryerson University (2008) and MN from Charles Sturt University (2015). Jaime is also certified as a Canadian Nursing Educator (2021).
