10 How Do I Share My Screen?

In Microsoft Teams, you can share your desktop or window to show teammates what you are doing on your computer.

  • When sharing your Desktop this will let individuals see your whole computer screen.  This allows you to navigate between multiple tabs and/or application screens.
  • Sharing a Window will allow individuals to see only one application screen (e.g. Powerpoint, Microsoft Word) on your computer.
  • Ensure that you remain professional when sharing your screen and only have work/school related tabs open.

When you do this, you can decide whether you want to share your audio (see the green box below).
