Part 2 Reflection

When understanding the different aspects that go into leadership and management within a learning organization you find the mixture of learning, entrepreneurial spirit, and ethics are needed to influence members within an organization. Senge suggests designing learning practices and applying skills acts as a commitment to learning. We could conclude learning and placing that learning in action is a formidable way to develop as leader and manager within a learning organization.
