Part 4 Reflection

Looking back on this part, and to a greater extent, this leadership and management journey, how were you able to develop your understanding in constructive and reflective way? Were you able to incorporate the concepts from Senge with restructuring your ideals and rewriting the codes of your mental models? With diverse leadership practices, reformation of norms, and effective communication practices, understanding the mental models will become evident, and authentic reflection on your own styles will become clear.
