Part 1 Reflection

Developing a shift of mind is not easy, and requires a sense of discipline to see the world in a different view. Systems-thinking, according to Senge, acts as the base for understanding conceptualization of disciplinary learning within learning organizations. Developing a conceptual framework of leadership and management will help facilitate working within the different disciplines, leading to enhanced practical models of leadership and management.
