Conceptualizing leadership and management within learning organizations is about seeing ones placement within a learning organization, and reflecting on the ability of members within an organization. The second part of our four part journey brings us deeper into organizations to bring an authentic understanding through entrepreneurial spirit, ethical and moral implications, and epistemological principles to develop a leadership-and-management-in-practice framework.

Senge concludes that action is critical, and conceptualizing action is vital to understanding leadership in learning organization. We hope to provide this actionable content in the upcoming chapters.
