12 2024 McMaster Branding Update

McMaster has recently updated its branding guidelines. The evolved branding is now more accessible and includes templated resources that have been verified for accessibility. Learning how to use these templates will be critical to maintain the accessibility of the template before publishing.

Brand guidelines can be accessed on the Brand website, and feedback on usability and accessibility is encouraged.

Templates can be accessed in the Brand Resource Library and require a McMaster ID to log in and access.

The new PPTx template includes accessibility content within the toolkit section. Much of that content will be the same as the sections within this Pressbook, and is located within the template in hopes that it allows users to quickly reference key concepts.

This PowerPoint template will facilitate the creation of a PowerPoint presentation that meets current Accessibility for Ontarians with Disabilities Act (AODA) compliance guidelines (Web Content Accessibility Guidelines 2.0 AA).

User identities are diverse – you may still receive requests for alternative formats.

Microsoft PowerPoint features may update or be removed after the creation of this template.
