Open Content

Scenario

The “Ontario Extend Curator Module” introduced learners to strategies and tools to help search for, find and evaluate open education resources (OER). If you are excited to transition the learning materials in your course to open content, want to use these new skills in the most efficient and effective manner and be sure that the open content you are adopting, adapting and creating is inclusive and accessible for all learners, it’s time to take action! This module will take you from creating a vision to developing a plan for incorporating meaningful, inclusive and accessible open content in your course.

A shift to open content will address some common problems faculty experience with content in their courses. Do you relate to any of the issues outlined in the following short video?
