Welcome to Module 2: Conceptualizing Digital Experience Design for Impactful Teaching!

This module will provide you with a framework for designing and/or reiterating your online learning experiences, by using an array of Design Thinking and Learning Experience Design processes so you can:

  • Chapter 5 will conceptualize reliable, multi-dimensional, step-by-step methods for creating digital experiences;
  • In Chapter 6, you will practice connecting with your audiences by designing with empathy and mapping out learner personas;
  • Chapter 7 will give you the tools to engage your learners and make their learning stick by weaving in storytelling and learning journey maps;
  • In Chapter 8, you will explore how the user experience shapes an accessible and optimal digital learning environment.
