Introduction

Welcome to your new position as OER Assistant! We are looking forward to you joining our team!

This training kit has been designed to provide you with some contextual and background information to how we complete OER projects and how that informs the decisions we make. It will introduce you to OER, a bit about licensing and copyright, and the tools we use to create and edit our OER projects.

We would like you to complete a few activities scattered throughout the kit. These activities are intended to build your skills and knowledge before starting to edit projects.

If you have any questions at all, please reach out to your supervisor, Kim Carter.

Once again, welcome to the team!
