This handbook provides Niagara College students with the information that they need in order to succeed with their online learning endeavours. It is broken down into 3 sections. The first section provides students with all the information that they need to know in order to start learning online. Topics include: getting started with Email and Blackboard, and getting started with Microsoft Office/Teams. The second sections covers online help that is available to students through ncLibraries. Topics include: Peer Tutoring, Academic Drop-Ins, and Research Help. Finally, the third section provides students with a brief overview of Student Services at Niagara College, including information on how to contact these services online.
