Ida

Introduction

Born in Italy in 1944, Ida is a long-term immigrant to Canada, having resided there for most of her life. Having raised and nurtured two generations, she has simple yet powerful advice that young people can follow to better equip themselves for successful aging and happiness.

In her interview she discusses immigration to Canada, her feelings about her new country, reflects on what people often do not understand about getting old, and talks about how she stays young.
