Dr. Sanela Martic

Dr. Sanela Martic is an Assistant Professor in the Department of Forensic Science at Trent University, Canada. She received M.Sc. and Ph.D. degrees in Chemistry from McMaster University and Queen’s University (Canada). The PDF in biochemistry was carried out at Western University (Canada). Prior to joining Trent University, Dr. Martic was a faculty at Oakland University (USA). Dr. Martic teaches chemistry and toxicology courses and laboratories at undergraduate and graduate level. The research program in Martic Lab has 3 main pillars: 1) bioanalytical chemistry; 2) green chemistry/catalysis; and 3) forensic/environmental chemistry/toxicology.
