7. Reflecting on Your Interests and Values

Reflecting on your interests and values is important for successful academic and career planning. You can better plan your endeavours if you can clearly identify what interests you, what motivates you, and what is important to you (i.e., your core values). The following activity may help you envision your future by using the What, So What, Now What framework to reflect on the results of your career-related questionnaires and your current interest and values.
