10. Developing Strong Community Relationships

Investing your time and efforts in identifying the right collaborators and partners is important in any project or initiative because they can contribute to your project’s success by providing valuable insights, resources, and/or support. But before you ask for support, it’s important that you build trust and credibility, so be reflective and aware of your own biases and assumptions and seek to understand your collaborators.
