6. Creating Your Personal Learning Plan

Developing a personal learning plan starts with creating SMART goals. Once you have set your SMART goal, you will need to identify learning experiences and resources or supports that will help you develop the skills needed to achieve your goals. Think about the impact of this goal and why it matters to you, and when would be a good time to evaluate your progress to make minor changes in your approach, if needed.
