How to Make Payment at the Square
Please note that the Square will only accept payments for the Preplacement Immunization and TB Requirements Package. All other health services fees must be paid using OneCard at the Health and Wellness Centre
- Visit the Square and use the kiosk to pull a ticket. You will select “Make a Payment”.
- Indicate that you are making payment for a “Preplacement Immunization and TB Requirements Package” for $200 CAD.
- Keep a copy of your receipt for your records.
- Book your preplacement health appointments at the Health and Wellness Centre following payment.
*NOTE* The Preplacement Immunization and TB Requirements Package does not cover the cost for missed appointments. Additional charges may apply if you miss your appointment, or do not provide a minimum of 24 hours notice.
How to Make Payment Using OneCard
- Add funds to your OneCard online or by visiting the Campus Store.
- Bring your OneCard to the Health and Wellness Centre (C109).
- The Health and Wellness Centre will provide an invoice by email following your payment.
- You can submit your invoice to your student insurance plan as a claim if the service is covered by your plan. Please note the Health and Wellness Centre has no influence over the outcome of claims and cannot guarantee reimbursement.
Student Health Insurance Information
The Health and Wellness Centre can generate an invoice following any payments for health services. Invoices can be submitted to your health insurance provider to determine eligibility for coverage.
