Summary

In the project, students need to address a problem or an issue in the field that we haven’t already addressed in the course. Working individually or in small groups they look and describe the issue at hand, the approaches that have been taken to date, and bring up their own critical analysis proposals for the future, and all of it with citations including primary references all the way through. The students co-developed and then then co-updated the rubric that is used. The formats they use for the project is up to them so it can be an essay, an infographic, or a video.
