H5P Activity: “What Are My Choices for Evidence?” Branching Scenario

Evidence can take many different shapes. Some professors call it “support” and some professors call it “proof.” Whatever word you prefer, evidence is a way of showing that your ideas have a concrete, meaningful connection to the world outside your imagination. Click through this branching scenario for some options about how to best use evidence in your communication. These explanations offer broad strategies and suggestions to give you an idea of what choices you have as a communicator. Keep in mind that each discipline (or program area) has its own expectations as to what counts as legitimate, sufficient evidence. Your professor might have specific expectations or restrictions based on your learning community.
