4. Reflecting on the Syllabus

Reflecting on your course syllabus allows you to take an active role in your education, which will empower you to succeed both academically and professionally. You can make learning more meaningful and enjoyable for yourself by making meaningful connections between course concepts and your interests. Examining the course syllabus will also help you better understand the instructor’s expectations and identify any potential challenges or areas of concern. Using these insights, you can proactively plan strategies that will help you overcome any obstacles or challenges.
