Commencing Work Placement Activities

As a reminder, work placement is an optional activity. A learner can choose not to participate.  If you have decided not to participate, no further activity is required at this point. If you have decided to participate, keep reading.

In order to be enrolled in work placement activities it is essential to review Chapters 1-9 of this Placement Guidebook and an opportunity to ask questions is provided by your placement team.

The next critical step to get started and declare an intention for work placement requires an official sign up for placement using this Microsoft FORM  followed by the completion of two signed downloadable documents found on this page acknowledgment document and the freedom of information upload each document at the end of the sign up form when prompted. Will need to sign-in using your Georgian credentials to access the form.

Important: The step outlined above must be completed to receive additional placement communications and to be enrolled in placement activity.

This document is designed to protect your privacy and permit your Placement Coordinator to discuss your interest in a completing a work placement experience with a work placement host. Without this document a learner is not considered involved in work placement activity.
