Getting Started

Welcome! You are a member of a small team working within a community pharmacy. In your role, you interact with customers, process their prescriptions and dispense medications under the supervision of the pharmacist. In this game you are expected to apply the principles of safe dispensing of prescription medications, effective client communication and conflict resolution skills.

When you select the most correct response, the scenario will continue. When you select a less than ideal response, you will receive a feedback and directions to make another selection.
