Student Placement Profile

Purpose of the Student Placement Profile is:

• To provide supervisors with an introduction to the student including their strengths, abilities, and work style
• To assist in the planning and development of (SMART) goals  during clinical experiences through review of past placements, work and education 
• To identify gaps and areas of interest in learning, by students/Clinical Supervisors, and if possible at facility, explore opportunities to practice skills.

Students will complete The Student Placement Profile and provide it to supervisors as part of their introduction, along with their resume and intro email. It is meant to be used to start discussion and assist in goal planning at beginning of placement.
