All former youth in care should apply to the Laurier Academic Success Program. Financial support is based on a student’s current year level, part-time or full-time status, and financial need.

To apply, submit an application to the 2023-2024 Learners from Care Academic Success Program including a verification letter from a registered child welfare agency. Students will receive a response with 4 weeks of submitting their applications.

NOTE: First year students that want to be considered for residence fee support must submit a Laurier residence application as well as their LFC application by June 1, 2023. Residence application fees can be waived by emailing llawrence@wlu.ca.
