Accessibility Standards for Customer Service Build your resume and show an employer that you have already completed Ontario’s AODA / Serve-Ability: Transforming Ontario’s customer service training. In less than an hour you will learn how to better serve customers with disabilities. Health and Safety Awareness for Workers Get introduced to the Occupational Health and Safety Act while earning your certificate of completion. This course, which is mandatory for all employees in Ontario, focuses on the health and safety rights and responsibilities of workers, supervisors and employers and serves as a general introduction to workplace health and safety. WHMIS is a short form for Workplace Hazardous Materials Information System and is a comprehensive plan for providing information on the safe use of hazardous materials used in Canadian workplaces. In just a couple of hours you can add your new or updated certification on your resume.
