Appendices: Our shareable tools and resources

Attached please find tools we have created in service of this project to support educators.

The first, a Changemaking Activity, provides a model for students to create their own Manifesting As A Changemaker model: ChangemakingActivity_VersionB

The second offers Conversation Cards including a few blank templates where you can add your own conversation prompts: ConversationCards_(TearVersion)
