Learning About Self-Reflection
Self-reflection within a learning context means examining the way we learn and the work we have accomplished and using the insights we gather to inform our future actions. The following video will explain the importance of self-reflection and how you can develop reflection skills. It will review a framework that you can use to become a reflective learner.
