The Pomodoro Technique

1. Clipboard with checkmarks: Make a task list

First thing in the morning, make a list of what you want to accomplish.

2. Pomodoro tomato timer: Work for 25 minutes

Set a time for 25 minutes, or one “Pomodoro”. Shut off all distractions and work intensely.

3. Circular arrow with timer marks and a five in the middle: Take a 5 minute break

After 25 minutes, take a short 5 minute break. Try to move around. Repeat this process three more times.
