The Pomodoro Technique

First thing in the morning, make a list of what you want to accomplish.
2. Pomodoro tomato timer: Work for 25 minutes
Set a time for 25 minutes, or one “Pomodoro”. Shut off all distractions and work intensely.

After 25 minutes, take a short 5 minute break. Try to move around. Repeat this process three more times.
