An Intro to my Journey

Getting Things Started

Use this space to add an introduction to your self and your hopes and dreams for the learning journey you are embarking upon. Tell us about yourself and what brought you to the program you are pursuing.

An Example

We thought it would be nice to weave some made up examples through this template. We actually went ahead and made use of ChatGPT for this, because it is good at making things up. You may use the tool yourself here and there for a little help, just be clear with your audience about if and how you use it. You don’t want to take credit for its work, even if it is a soulless robot.

The prompt we used was: “write an introduction to an e-book that is being written about a student’s learning journey through a criminology program (bachelor’s degree). The intro should be one or two paragraphs and include hopes and dreams for the learning journey that they are embarking upon. with a little bit about the student themselves and what brought them to the program they are pursuing. Give her the name Sarah Marshall so we don’t forget.”

Yours can be longer or shorter of course, this is just to give you an idea.
