Attributions & Metadata

The techniques contained in “Attributions & Metadata” are best implemented as you are actively editing your Pressbooks content. Don’t leave attribution to the last minute – just like citing & referencing, you run the risk of forgetting where your content comes from. It’s easier to do it as you go, rather than track back later.

At this stage we recommend that you:

  1. Create End of Page Attribution statements
  2. Create Image Attribution statements
  3. Find missing image metadata or verify licenses
  4. Add image metadata in Media Library
  5. Enable H5P Rights of Use
