Find missing image metadata or or verify license

Why do we need to find missing image metadata or verify licenses?

  • Metadata may not have been available in an OER we imported
  • Metadata may not be complete, or be missing a key element
  • We need to verify that the image(s) are openly licensed and can be legally used in our OER
  • We want to give attribution/credit to content creators
