Conestoga College Wellbeing Supports

In this section of the Liberated Learner experience, you can explore some Conestoga College-specific resources that may be a help to your overall mental well-being while you are studying with us!

One of the great places to explore for your own success is the link that follows here for the Student Success Services portal. Within the portal are various supports you can access. At the following link, the myWellness page provides a thorough review of current services with contact information for mental health, medical care, counseling, emergency and crisis care, your health insurance, and more.

There are many relevant social connections ideas to be found on the link for the Related Services and Supports page.

All Conestoga College supports are available for online students through virtual connections.

You can find many creative ways to become and feel connected to other students studying in your courses and program.

  • Start or join a Teams instance study group in your course.
  • Review and share virtual event opportunities at the College with your peers. Attend as a group.
  • Make a connection with one or two peer feedback folks where you agree to give each other feedback on assignments and ideas before you submit them.
