Lydie Masengo is a Research Assistant, Registered Psychotherapist (Qualifying), and holds other mental health-related positions. Her research interests are in the areas of mental health, wellness education, personal and professional development.
Megan Lummiss
Megan Lummiss got her PhD in Leadership, Evaluation, Curriculum and Policy development at the University of Ottawa. She works as a graduate research and teaching assistant.
Alexander Davis
Alexander Davis is a PhD candidate in Education at the University of Ottawa, the Writer/Researcher for Northern College’s Department of Applied Research, Entrepreneurship and Innovation, and a part-time professor at Northern College. His research interests pertain to democratic citizenship, civic engagement, and school commercialism. His research particularly examines how these concepts intersect with digital platforms, media, and ideology.
Dr. Jovan Groen
Jovan Groen is serving as the Director of Academic Quality and Enhancement at Western University. Stemming from his work in educational development and quality assurance, Jovan’s research interests and teaching are centered on the effectiveness of pedagogical practices and program development in postsecondary settings.
Dr. Aline Germain-Rutherford
Aline Germain-Rutherford is Professor in the Faculty of Education at the University of Ottawa. Her research interests include faculty development, plurilingualism and second language pedagogy, speech technologies and active learning pedagogy in online environments. She has received the Canadian 3M National Teaching Fellow Award for excellence and leadership in higher education.
Dr. Banafshe Karamifar
Banafsheh Karamifar is a senior analyst, strategic research and impact evaluation, and a contractual professor at the faculty of education, University of Ottawa. Her research interest includes critical discourse analysis, qualitative analysis, plurilingualism and pluriculturalim, integration of technology in higher education, educational development and impact evaluation.
