The Portfolio Process

Whether creating a teaching portfolio for the first time or revisiting it for the 10th time, it can be hard to know where to start. In this section, a stepwise process for putting together your teaching portfolio is suggested. This process is suitable for any purpose or audience and provides a thorough approach for first-time creators. Following these steps, guidance is provided on how to modify the process when revising an existing portfolio.

Please note that this chapter provides only a high-level overview of a process you may choose to take putting your teaching portfolio together. Subsequent chapters of this Guidebook explore specific aspects of the process in further depth.
