CALCS- Centre for Accessible Learning and Counselling Services (CALCS)

CALCS offers assistance to students with disabilities who may require adjustments or accommodations. Students must register with the CALCS and provide documentation of their disability. They will receive an Individual Student Profile to give to their instructors, outlining accommodations they may need.

CALCS provides:

  • a range of programs and services aimed to empower students in meeting their wellness goals, accommodation and disability-related needs, and creating a more accessible campus community
  • a team of professional psychotherapists, social workers, educators, and staff offer services such as:
    • brief, solution-focused psychotherapy
    • accommodation planning
    • health and wellness education
    • group counselling
    • psychoeducational workshops
    • adaptive technology
    • peer support
