You have reviewed how the ideas of trust and safety intersect, and how important they are to a workplace that is safe and inclusive for its employees. We have also explored how Psychological and Cultural Safety are particularly important for marginalized groups and specifically Indigenous employees. When a work environment in culturally and psychologically safe, Indigenous employees are able work in in an environment that is built on trust and understanding.
