Chapter 9: Plyometrics, Speed, Agility, and Quickness Training Principles

Speed, agility, and quickness (SAQ) are all considered secondary fitness principles. They are important and thought of mainly for performance in sport, however they are also important in our day-to-day activities. Plyometric exercises aid in our pursuit of improving SAQ.
