Chapter 14 – Fitness and Stress Assessments
There is the adage ‘If you are not ASSESSING…you are GUESSING’. This is very true when it comes to our health. The ability to move forward with setting health and fitness goals all starts with a solid assessment as to where you are now. The following chapter reviews various common fitness tests, along with their normative scoring ranges, for cardiorespiratory fitness, muscular strength and endurance, and flexibility. The final page also links to assessments for your stress level.
