Publishing
- Publishing educational content in Pressbooks
- Publishing educational content in the Open LMS
- Support content creation in other open platforms, including the My Open Math platform.

- Environmental scans of existing teaching resources
- Copyediting

Promotion and Training
- OER promotional campaigns and awareness initiatives
- Training and support for OER creation
- Training for faculty on using AI in resource creation
- Educational grant support
- Facilitate cross-collaborative projects (internal and external partners)
Instructional Design and Accessibility Support
- Course and book authoring support
- Accessibility support for OER creation
- Ancillary teaching material support
- Support for EDI-inclusive content creation
- Support for OER inclusion in the classroom (i.e student projects and summative evaluation opportunities)
Graphic Design and Multimedia Creation
- Creation of graphics (icons, vectors, infographics)
- Search for open images to be used in educational content
- Creation of graphs and diagrams based on data provided
- Custom photography
- Video creation to support OER development
- Development of Interactives for student engagement (H5P)
