Development Kick-off

At the start of a new project, the Studio team will meet with you for a one-hour development kick-off meeting. The meeting will be recorded for those who cannot attend. In the meeting, the following will be covered:

    1. Introduction to the Studio & Team 
    2. Process: Create Your Own
    3. Expectations and Guidelines
    4. Team Roles
    5. Communication
    6. A Note About Publishing
    7. Define Your OER
    8. The Writing Process – Where to Start?
    9. Book Design

Provide the following information to the ODS:

  • Name for the new resource (keep in mind that the URL cannot change, but the name can)
  • Colour Choice
  • Preferred meeting frequency and days/times that work best.
  • Schedule for draft chapter delivery
