These are custom icons that have been made for previous books. If there is not an icon avaliable in the Standard or Custom set, we can create additional ones or variations of existing ones.

Hover over the icon you want to download. Select the icon version from the resulting menu.

Download the image that appears in the new window: File -> save-as. Or; right-click -> save-as.
