Debrief

Congratulations on completing the virtual simulation game! An important component of simulation learning is debriefing. The purpose of debriefing is topromote integration of participant’s experience through reflection, which is likely to improve clinical practice (Krogh et al., 2016)” and therefore a critical component to simulation-based learning. All participants are required to complete the following debriefing tasks below to reflect and further enhance clinical judgment in the future.

PEARLS Framework will be utilized to guide the online-debrief as well as promoting excellence and reflective learning in simulation (Eppich & Cheng, 2015).
