The checklist is a summary of the student requirements on placement and a great resource to stay on track.  Students are responsible for the details of each requirement and their overall responsibilities.  Refer to the Learning Outcomes Feedback Form for the full details of placement expectations.

Field Placement 1

The Field Placement 1 Checklist is a summary of the student requirements and due dates for placement.  It does not include the Learning Outcomes that students are to work on within the program on pages 7 to 10 of the Learning Outcomes Feedback Form.

Field Placement 2

The Field Placement 2 Checklist is a summary of the student requirements and due dates for placement.  It does not include the Learning Outcomes that students are to work on within the program on pages 7 to 11 of the Learning Outcomes Feedback Form.  This checklist builds and increases from the FP1 requirements.

Field Placement 3
