Your Fanshawe Email
Faculty at Fanshawe have two email accounts, @fanshaweonline.ca for your FOL courses (communication with your students) and @fanshawec.ca for Outlook (corporate communications).

Note: As of May 1, 2025, FOL email will transition to a “send only” system, allowing you to continue emailing students directly from your FOL courses. Messages will be sent to students’ Outlook 365 accounts. Emails received in FOL before May 1, 2025, including those in your Inbox, custom folders, and Trash, will no longer be accessible.

Email Signature
Your email signature is as important as any other part of our corporate identity.
To update your email signature, use the following template from the FanshaweHub. You’ll be required to log in using your Fanshawe credentials.
