Employee ID Card and Parking

Employee ID Card

Collecting and Setting Up Your Employee ID Card

Once you have an employee number, you can obtain a Fanshawe Employee Access Card. You can then see the Assistant to the Associate Dean and School to have your card activated.

Employee cards serve many purposes – it’s your official College identification and provide access to buildings and rooms during the workday and after hours. Employees may also load money onto the card to make on-campus purchases.

How can I request my employee card?

  • Upload your photo and government identification on the MyPhoto site
    • Employees should select option F “College Employee” beside the ‘Campus’ option in step two of the online upload process
  • Wait for an email confirmation on the approval of your photo (during the start of term, this may take a few business days)
  • Upon approval of the photo, you can pick up your card Monday to Friday, 9 a.m. to 4 p.m., in room E2020 (second floor E building, Green Zone, London Campus, 1001 Fanshawe College Blvd.)
    • If you work at another campus location, please email cards@fanshawec.ca to have it sent to that location.

Note: start the process as soon as possible so busy academic periods can be spent focusing on students

For managers and administrative assistants:

Please have new employees start the process for their ID cards as soon as possible. Employees must be entered into the systems through Human Resources to upload a photo. Once they upload and then receive their photo approval, employees can come pick up their card in room E2020, Green Zone, London Campus.
