You have now gathered all the information that you will need to create an action plan for implementing inclusive relational communication approaches in your workplace. We will focus now on creating a plan that you can have moving forward.

In the seconds part of the module, we learned more about ourselves. Specifically, we were able to see our strengths and challenges in the four domains of relational communication (Message, Relationship, Sensory, and Temporal).

Understanding how others communicate and how we relate to one another helps us to create trust and safety within the workplace. When we allow space for relational communication and communication that is culturally aware and informed, we can create work environments that allow all employees to thrive and grow.
