The successful completion of any project requires a community and we are most grateful to Brock University for providing it. Thanks are due to: Marc Breshuck of the Centre for Pedagogy and Innovation (CPI) for first suggesting Pressbooks as a platform that met the needs of this project; Cal Murgu from the James A.
