Germany’s climate is variable throughout the country but summers tend to be warm and Winters tend to be mild. The average Summer temperature is 22°C and and 3°C in the winter. The North Sea creates a marine climate with rain forecasted throughout the year for these Northern regions. The Southwestern part of the country tends to be warmest with temperatures climbing above 35°C during the Summer. The best time of the year to visit Germany is from May – October when the weather is nicest! Bavaria is a popular destination in the winter months where many tourists enjoy skiing and other sports in the Bavarian Alps.
